Actually, we would never have ignored the August 6th, 2001 PDB.
Funny I don't recall America ever being in the position of having to choose between torture or some TV inspired Doomsday scenario...

Anonymous 1, it's hard to go more than a month (sometimes a week) without some conservative offering another version of the ticking time-bomb... that's all they got. They also ignore that it's been discredited countless times.
