You know, war is horrible a...Good piece, Batocchio.<br />You know, war is horrible and always has been. But it seems like in the past, we set limits to just how evil war could be. And those limits, by and large, usually worked. For example, we outlawed chemical weapons after World War I. And most nations (even Hitler's Germany) respected those limits on the battlefield.<br />These days, we seem to be going backwards.
